At TrndBazaar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products after opening.
  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5ā€“7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI after verification.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

āœ… Damaged Product

āœ… Manufacturing Defect

We will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, return shipping charges may apply.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
